Tourmaline Kiss ring

I've been finishing off the setting process of this 18ct Fairtrade white gold 'Kiss' ring, with a rather enchanting buff-top blue-green tourmaline. Having pushed the metal edge over the stone, the video shows the bits where I'm filing an even surface around the stone, then cutting a bright edge with a sharp, polished flat scorper. Touching the stone and scratching it is easily done, but generally frowned on.
